Lawyers at McCarter & English on Thursday removed a securities lawsuit against Bausch Health Companies Inc. and its subsidiary Bausch + Lomb Corporation to New Jersey District Court. The suit, which pertains to claims for damages relating to Bausch’s $1.1 billion settlement with the SEC, was filed by Rolnick Kramer Sadighi and other plaintiffs firms on behalf of GIC Private Limited, a sovereign wealth fund established by the government of Singapore, and other plaintiffs. The case is 3:22-cv-01823, GMO Trust et al v. Bausch Health Companies Inc. et al.
