After nearly two decades as an in-house counsel, Jason Stephans was ready to step up to the general counsel seat.
Stephans had spent the bulk of his career, about 16 years, in the legal department at DSM Nutritional Products, where he most recently served as senior counsel. But he knew that the company’s top lawyer wasn’t planning on vacating the GC seat in the near future.
