Kirkland & Ellis and Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads filed a trade secret lawsuit Monday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of law enforcement consulting firm The Rodgers Group. The suit accuses former Rodgers Group project managers and policy writers Madeline Lewis and John String of misappropriating proprietary information for the benefit of competitor Aspirant Consulting Group. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-00482, The Rodgers Group, LLC v. Lewis et al.
