A Morris County attorney has entered a guilty plea in connection with a reverse mortgage fraud scheme that exploited elderly homeowners, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.

Martin Eagan, 50, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Anne Thompson to one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud. Eagan, with Eagan & Brown in Morristown, had a practice focusing on real estate transactions.
