Before the implementation of E-Filing and E-Court, process- and subpoena-serving companies could conduct batch filings for their clients. Recently, the mandate for E-Filings changed this. We believe a path should be cleared to allow these companies to accommodate their clients’ request to file in the Special Civil Part of the Superior Court on their behalf.
