T-Mobile sued 390 George Street Associates Tuesday in New Jersey District Court for alleged breach of contract. The lawsuit, filed by Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, accuses the defendant of refusing to allow T-Mobile access to the building to perform modifications to its equipment in violation of the parties’ rooftop lease. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-20012, T-Mobile Northeast LLC v. 390 George Street Associates L.L.C.
