DuPont, 3M, Chemours and other defendants were hit with an environmental lawsuit Thursday in New Jersey District Court. The lawsuit, brought by Williams Cedar LLC on behalf of Emma Callis and other plaintiffs, accuses the defendants of contaminating their private water supply. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-15212, Callis et al v. Solvay Specialty Polymers, USA, LLC et al.
