Cecchi has entered an appearance for DraftKings in a pending patent lawsuit filed by Irell & Manella and McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter on behalf of Winview Inc. The suit, which pertains to methods of synchronizing interactive content with live sporting events, was filed July 7 in New Jersey District Court. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:21-cv-13405, Winview Inc. v. Draftkings Inc.
