Gibbons filed a trade dress lawsuit Tuesday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of Unilever. The complaint, targeting WBM LLC, alleges that the packaging design of defendant’s ‘Nature and Love’ soap mimics some elements of Unilever’s ‘Love Beauty and Planet’ packaging design. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-14205, Conopco, Inc. v. WBM LLC.
