10. Resetting the State/Federal Relationship.

The Murphy and Trump administrations had a particularly contentious relationship when it came to environmental protection. Their differences were underscored by numerous lawsuits that the state brought or joined challenging efforts to ignore or dismantle federal environmental protection programs and initiatives.
