Assistant prosecutors in some New Jersey counties are being given priority access to the COVID-19 vaccine, even though they are not among the groups that the state has deemed eligible.
The arrangement raises questions of fairness when assistant prosecutors are given priority ahead of judges, public defenders and private attorneys.
