New Jersey lawmakers want officials at Rutgers University to name a campus building in honor of the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who taught at its law school for nine years.

On Monday, the state’s Senate Higher Education Committee advanced a resolution calling on university leaders to dedicate a building to Ginsburg. The resolution was sponsored by state Sen. Nia Gill.
