Four attorneys have recently joined Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer as associates in Woodbridge.

Infante.] Pierre Chwang joins the business and commercial litigation team, concentrating on commercial litigation matters for businesses in federal and state courts. Prior to joining Wilentz, Chwang completed a clerkship with Superior Court Judge Margaret Goodzeit in the Chancery Division, General Equity Part. He earned his law degree in 2018 from Rutgers Law School, where he served as a member of the Rutgers Law School Constitutional Rights Clinic. In connection with that service, Chwang worked in conjunction with the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey on behalf of clients alleging that their constitutional rights had been violated. Chwang graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in 2012. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Amy Francis Lemanski joins the family law team, concentrating on all areas of matrimonial law, including divorce, domestic violence, alimony, child custody, child support, and equitable distribution

Before joining Wilentz, Lemanski practiced as an attorney in Florida, where she handled and litigated divorce matters. She also has experience litigating domestic violence matters. Lemanski earned her law degree in 2016 from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. During her clerkship with Superior Court Judge Angela White Dalton  in the Chancery Division, Family Part, she assisted on matters involving restraining orders, violations of restraining orders, post-dissolution matters and orders to show cause. She graduated from Monmouth University with a B.A. in 2013. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Florida. Four New Associates Join WIlentz, Goldman & Spitzer Steven I. He represents health-care providers in a variety of legal disputes, business transactions, pharmacy benefit manager matters and regulatory matters affecting their operations. He also has experience in health-care fraud and abuse matters, payor disputes and payor contracting. Okoye earned his law degree in 2017 from Rutgers Law School, where he received the “Dean’s Award for Service.” He earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Temple University in 2011. Prior to joining Wilentz, Okoye was a law clerk for Appellate Division Judge Thomas W. Sumners Jr. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
