Tanenbaum Keale of Newark, formed in early 2017, counts household name corporations among its product liability client list, and handled important cases for such clients in 2018. The firm represented Caterpillar Inc. in products cases, in West Virginia federal court and the New York Supreme Court, that settled. The firm (specifically Christopher J. Keale and Afigo I. Okpewho-Fadahunsi) also represented Foster Wheeler in asbestos litigation concerning U.S. Navy vessels that made its way to the U.S. Supreme Court, though the divided court ultimately ruled in the plaintiff’s favor earlier this year on the issue of whether a manufacturer may be held liable for alleged injuries caused by replacement parts.

** The response were provided by firm president James H. Keale. **
