Capehart Scatchard Adds Four New Associates
Capehart Scatchard welcomed Dylan W. Ciocca, Ian Piasecki, Gianna Silverman and Michelle Yee, who have recently joined the firm's workers' compensation department in its Mount Laurel office. The four new associates represent insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims at all stages of litigation.
Ciocca, a Philadelphia resident, received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law and his B.A. in crime, law and justice from Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Ian Piasecki
Piasecki, a Voorhees resident, received his law degree from Rutgers Law School-Camden and his B.A. in political science from Saint Joseph's University. Upon law school graduation, he worked as a law clerk to Cumberland County Superior Court Judge Gary D. Wodlinger. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Gianna Silverman
Silverman, a Philadelphia resident, received her law degree from Delaware Law School of Widener University and her B.A. in English from Saint Joseph's University. Upon law school graduation, she worked as a law clerk to Essex County Superior Court Judge Russell J. Passamano. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Michelle Yee
Yee, a Philadelphia resident, received her law degree from Delaware Law School of Widener University and her B.A. in political science, economics and philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. Upon law school graduation, she worked as a law clerk to Judge Timika Lane in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. She then worked as staff counsel at GEICO. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
McManimon Firm Welcomes Three Attorneys
Three new attorneys have recently joined McManimon, Scotland & Baumann in Roseland.
Frances Ciesla McManimon, counsel, practices in the area of public finance, redevelopment and water/wastewater privatizations. Previously, she was with Capehart & Scatchard in Trenton, in the public finance practice.
Mel E. Myers
Mel E. Myers, counsel, is a tax, real estate and finance attorney on the firm's tax controversy and transactional tax team. Previously, he was with Olshan Frome Wolosky in New York.
William P. Opel
William P. Opel, associate, is a litigator. Prior to joining the firm, he was assistant city attorney and municipal prosecutor for the city of Bayonne.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
