This month, the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) is holding several seminars focused on timely topics.
“Legal & Ethical Considerations When Navigating Corporate Negotiations & Investigations” will be held Sept. 8, at The Imperia in Somerset, and is sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Senior Lawyers Special Committee. Retired Assignment Judge Travis L. Francis will moderate a program that includes some of the leading attorneys, lawmakers and government officials in New Jersey. The panel will include Senator Kevin O’Toole, Attorney General Christopher Porrino, Thomas P. Scrivo, former counsel to the governor, as well as Paul B. Matey, Christopher M. Placitella, and Ellen Torregrossa-O’Connor.
