A federal judge in Camden has tossed some claims for malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty against Archer & Greiner and two of its lawyers arising from their representation of the former general counsel of a vacation time-share company.
The court granted Archer & Greiner’s motion Tuesday to dismiss the former client’s counterclaims against the firm relating to its handling of his case before the state Supreme Court. But the judge denied the firm’s motion to dismiss counterclaims against it in connection with a billing dispute.
