Since joining the firm in 2014, David Sorin, cochair of the venture capital and emerging growth companies practice at McCarter & English, has led a team that last year completed 123 capital-raising transactions, raising upward of $500 million, for startup companies. He represents both startups and the investors who fund them. He is the founder of entreprenYOURS, a startup accelerator that connects young companies to funding and other resources.
