A Monroe Town Court justice was arrested Wednesday for allegedly making false statements about her primary residence and falsifying records to obstruct a federal investigation into the matter.
Lurlyn Winchester, 58, who was elected in 2013, was charged with falsifying a home loan application for a condo that she pursued to satisfy the state’s residency requirements for judges, according to the Southern District U.S. Attorney’s Office.
