The Third and Fourth Circuits reversed substantial antitrust judgments, one relating to transparent tapes and the other relating to oversize carry-ons at Dulles Airport. Other interesting antitrust decisions reported recently included a charge of boycotting made against the New York Stock Exchange, a Ninth Circuit ruling on determination of relevant market and two appellate opinions concerning price discrimination.
