(Anonymous), appellant-res — Motion by the respondent-appellant, inter alia, to make the caption anonymous on an appeal and a cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 17, 2019. Cross motion by the appellant-respondent to preclude the respondent-appellant from raising certain issues on the appeal and cross appeal, and for an award of appellate counsel fees. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the cross motion which is for an award of appellate counsel fees is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court; and it is further, ORDERED that the cross motion is otherwise denied. DILLON, J.P., COHEN, MILLER and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
