Surrogate GiganteESTATE OF FRANCES ASCH, Deceased (13/217/A) — This matter was scheduled for September 11, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. pursuant to a decision and order dated July 17, 2018.A request was made to change the date so that all parties are able to attend. That request is granted and the matter is now scheduled for September 14, 2018 at 11:00 am for a control/settlement conference before the Surrogate. The attorneys and their clients are once again directed to appear.This decision shall constitute the Order of the Court.Dated: August 7, 2018

ESTATE OF MARY BOTTIGLIERI, A/K/A MARY GRACE BOTTIGLIERI, Deceased (06/916/B) — This is an application by Rosemary Marcinkiewicz, limited administrator, to amend the restrictions contained in the Limited and Restricted Letters of Administration issued by this Court on September 20,2006 so as to enable her to sell the real property owned by this decedent and collect the proceeds from the sale.Upon review of all the papers submitted, the application to remove the restriction of the collection of no more than $420,000.00 is granted. The letters are now restricted to the collection and administration of all other assets of the estate.Additionally, the letters shall continue to be limited to the prosecution of a cause of action as set forth in the Decision and Order of the Court dated September 20, 2006.This decision shall constitute the Order of this Court.Dated: August 1, 2018
