*1 After submission of the foregoing cited papers, Respondent’s motion for summary judgment is decided as follows:In this nonpayment proceeding, 765 Riverside LLC (“Petitioner”) seeks to recover arrears from Blanca Goris (“Respondent”) with respect to the rent stabilized apartment, Apartment 1D located at 765 Riverside Drive, New York, N.Y. 10032 (“Premises”). The petition seeks rent from Respondent from the months of September, October and November 2017 at $415.35 per month. Both sides are represented by counsel.
