DECISION AFTER HEARING

*1  This matter was scheduled for a hearing based upon Plaintiff (“Husband’s”) alleged contempt for his failure to pay Defendant (“Wife’s”) counsel fees as directed by three separate orders of the Court, all of which have been converted to a money judgment. Pursuant to Judge Reilly’s decision dated July 11, 2013, Husband was ordered to pay $2,500.00 to Wife’s counsel Jaspan Schlesinger LLP (“Jaspan”). Husband failed to make said payment, and same was converted into a money judgment on November 27, 2013. In addition, pursuant to Judge Reilly’s decision dated December 23, 2014, Husband was ordered to pay $2,500.00 to Jaspan as and for Wife’s legal fees. Husband failed to make said payment and same was converted into a money judgment on March 18, 2015. Finally, Referee Speziale issued a decision dated August 14, 2015, which awarded Jaspan legal fees in the amount of $10,000.00. Husband failed to make said payment, and same was converted into a money judgment on November 25, 2015.Husband testified that he paid his first attorney $7,000. While knowing that a money judgment was filed against him for $2,500, he paid a second attorney $5,000. He then paid $15,000 as a retainer to his trial counsel, and made additional payments to said counsel. Husband admitted that he was aware of the judgments filed against him yet, after replacing
