Practice Profile: Jennifer Chu is corporate partner and member of Debevoise’s mergers and acquisitions group, based in the firm’s New York office. Jennifer advises corporations and private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate matters. She has a broad range of industry experience, with a particular focus on the health care and insurance industries.
Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: Jennifer co-chairs Debevoise’s Women’s Resource Group, is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee and Asian Affinity Group, and leads yearly training programs for junior corporate associates.
