ESTATE OF ALLEN G. AARONSON, Deceased (16/3676) — At the call of the calendar on July 12, 2017, the court resolved as follows, to the extent not withdrawn, the motion to compel discovery in this pre-objection proceeding to probate an instrument dated August 15, 2016 as the will of decedent Allen Aaronson. Proponents of the will, who are the nominated executors, were directed to provide movants with a list of all illiquid assets owned by decedent at the time of his death with an approximate value for each no later than August 23, 2017. Proponents need not disclose the other documents demanded by movants because they are not discoverable under Uniform Rule 207.27 (22 NYCRR §207.27).

The court further directed that: (1) any remaining discovery shall be demanded no later than August 31, 2017; (2) pre-objection discovery shall conclude no later than October 31, 2017;1 and (3) any verified objections to probate shall be filed and served on or before November 15, 2017.
