ESTATE OF ALLEN G. AARONSON, Deceased (16/3676) — At the call of the calendar on July 12, 2017, the court resolved as follows, to the extent not withdrawn, the motion to compel discovery in this pre-objection proceeding to probate an instrument dated August 15, 2016 as the will of decedent Allen Aaronson. Proponents of the will, who are the nominated executors, were directed to provide movants with a list of all illiquid assets owned by decedent at the time of his death with an approximate value for each no later than August 23, 2017.
