ESTATE OF PETER BROWN, Grantor (14/3597) — In the proceeding commenced by Samantha Popper to probate a purported will of Peter Brown, dated May 28, 2008, and the proceeding commenced by Candace Wainwright to invalidate the revocable trust of Peter Brown, dated May 8, 2008 (as amended and restated on May 28, 2008, September 12, 2008 and July 18, 2011), upon agreement of the parties, the matters have been consolidated for discovery purposes only. In the context of such discovery, Popper has moved to quash eight subpoenas issued by Wainwright to third-party financial institutions and law firms. Enforcement of the subpoenas had been stayed by this court pending the return date of the motion.
