Key changes are in the pipeline for the state Supreme Court’s Commercial Division heading into 2017.
Robert Haig, head of the Commercial Division Advisory Council, said in an interview that his 45-person council proposed 11 new rules and practices in 2016, most aimed to making the litigation process more efficient.
