A South American sports marketing company has replaced its chief legal officer along with compliance and other managers as part of a shake-up over paying bribes and kickbacks to FIFA world soccer officials.

Torneos y Competencias S.A. admitted its wrongdoing Tuesday in Eastern District federal court and agreed to pay $112 million as part of a deferred prosecution agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice. Buenos Aires-based Torneos is 40 percent owned by DirecTV.
