In an effort to improve “convenience and efficiency” in parsing through case documents and information, the advisory council of the Commercial Division has proposed a rule amendment that would permit justices to require parties to create hyperlinks in their electronic filings.

On Thursday, the proposal was issued for public comment by the state court system’s Administrative Board, which has to approve the amendment for it to become part of the Commercial Division’s rules. Public comments may be sent to [email protected] and must be received by Dec. 5.
