Greenspoon Marder, a Florida-based firm that opened a New York office only a few months ago, has hired eight additional attorneys in Manhattan from a matrimonial boutique.
All attorneys from family law firm Preston Ettinger Steiner & Ackermanare joining Greenspoon, but the firms are not calling it an acquisition. Greenspoon is not assuming the boutique’s liabilities or collecting its revenue earned prior to July 1, when the deal was completed, according to incoming shareholder Robert Preston.
