The fight will continue over who is responsible for the collapse of a Central Park art installation of an airplane spinning on wires connected to its wings.

Southern District Judge Paul Crotty this week said there was too much in dispute over how the sculpture was designed, examined and installed to grant summary judgment in Public Art Fund v. Titon Builders, 13 Civ. 7620.
