The South Asian Bar Association of New York held its first public sector reception Wednesday at Jones Day, where Neena Dutta of the Dutta Law Firm, center, was named pro bono attorney of the year for her contributions to the South Asian and Central American communities, particularly women and children facing issues of immigration detention.
