Newsday has won its lower court bid for access to a lawyer’s plea agreement that the lawyer and Suffolk County prosecutors agreed to put under seal years ago, when the lawyer admitted to a narcotics charge.
Acting Suffolk County Supreme Court Justice James Hudson said Thursday that Robert Macedonio’s plea agreement, as well as an underlying search warrant affidavit, were subject to disclosure.
