Morrison & Foerster, already battling a malpractice suit brought by an investment bank over the fraudulent public stock offering at Puda Coal, has been sued by a second bank involved in the same deal.

The second malpractice suit was filed days after Southern District Judge Denise Cote gave preliminary approval to a settlement between shareholders and the two banks that engaged the firm as underwriter’s counsel.
