Two related hedge funds won a $22.1 million judgment against Deutsche Bank AG in a dispute tied to contract rights in credit default swap agreements.

The judgment could rise to between $35 and $40 million when added to attorneys fees and 9 percent interest from 2009, said Alan Zuckerbrod, a partner at Wilk Auslander who represents the funds.
