ESTATE OF JUAN ANTONIO MENDEZ ROJAS, Deceased (13/1247/B) — In this pending SCPA 2103 proceeding, the petitioner served and filed a note of issue and a certificate of readiness. Accordingly, this proceeding will appear on the calendar of January 14, 2016 at 9:30 am in courtroom 406 for a pretrial conference. Counsel and any party who wishes to participate shall attend the conference prepared to discuss the issues and schedule a date certain for trial. After the pretrial conference, and at least 10 days prior to the trial of the issues herein, a statement of issues together with the burden of proof on each issue shall be filed with the court in accordance with Uniform Rules for Surrogate's Court (22 NYCRR) §207.30.
