In her first year as dean of Albany Law School, Alicia Ouellette has been tasked with navigating the school through a major transition: an academic affiliation with the State University of New York at Albany.

The program will allow UAlbany students to enroll in courses taught by Albany Law faculty while allowing Albany Law students to supplement their legal education with course offerings from UAlbany in areas such as cybersecurity, public health and entrepreneurship. So far, there are 19 cooperative ventures, and 12 more are in the works.
