A journalist who wrote about a controversial executive coaching company called NXIVM is seeking sanctions against the company and its prominent Albany attorneys, saying they never should have filed a lawsuit against her over access to its website.

Suzanna Andrews, a contributing editor at Vanity Fair who wrote about NXIVM for the magazine in 2010, claims the company intentionally misled the court in a lawsuit that a judge ultimately dismissed.
