A Manhattan lawyer who was convicted of fraud in federal court a year ago was disbarred Tuesday by the Appellate Division, First Department.
Robert Bardey, 82, was convicted with two others by an Eastern District jury in October 2014 in connection with a bogus investment scheme that netted $5 million.
