KCG Holdings Inc. will cross the Hudson River and relocate its global headquarters to downtown Manhattan from 545 Washington Blvd. at the Newport Office Centre in Jersey City. KCG, a leading independent securities firm, has signed a 15-year lease for 169,000 square feet with Brookfield Property Partners at 300 Vesey St.
As part of the deal, KCG will relinquish its Jersey City space, about 260,000 square feet, to property owner LeFrak, who is leasing it to JPMorgan Chase & Co.
