New York City did not violate environmental laws when it placed a Citi Bike station across from the The Plaza Hotel’s entrance, a unanimous panel of the Appellate Division, First Department, said Tuesday.
The panel said “each individual bike share station did not necessitate its own environmental review,” and the city “properly examined the citywide program as a whole.”
