ESTATE OF IDA ELLEN NEEDLEMAN, Deceased (13/1444/A) — On the adjourned return date of this compulsory accounting proceeding, all parties appeared and consented to the entry of a 30-day order.

Accordingly, the respondent executor is directed to file his account, a petition for its judicial settlement, and all the papers required to obtain the issuance of a citation in the accounting proceeding within 30 days of the date of this decision, as agreed to by the parties. The respondent shall then, without delay, cause the citation to be served upon all parties required to be served in an accounting proceeding pursuant to SCPA 2210. The respondent shall appear before the court from time to time as required for the purpose for the settlement of his account.
