Olshan Frome Wolosky has signed a 15-year lease with the Paramount Group Inc. for 53,110 square feet at 1325 Avenue of the Americas as the site of its new headquarters.
Olshan, which has been a tenant for the past 12 years at 65 E. 55th St., will be relocating its New York City headquarters in the first quarter of 2016. Its offices will fill the 15th and 16th floors, or 49,688 square feet, as well as 3,422 square feet of storage space on the concourse level of Paramount’s 34-story, more than 814,800-square-foot office tower.
