Consolidated Edison has been ordered to pay a fine and back pay and to reinstate the job of a $125,000-a-year electrical worker the state Division of Human Rights found was dismissed illegally because of an injury.

“Complainant’s disability was not reasonably accommodated by respondent,” Division of Human Rights Administrative Law Judge Margaret Jackson concluded in New York State Division of Human Rights v. Consolidated Edison Co., 10157991.
