A judge has granted a $1.75 million default judgment to Wall Street financier Steven Rattner against the man who managed his horse farm in Westchester County.

Acting Manhattan Supreme Court Justice O. Peter Sherwood said Declan Orpen did not appear nor file papers contesting claims for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation for his management of Rattner’s Monomoy Farm in North Salem.
