New York City must reconsider its decision not to rehire a former school safety agent who was fired almost 15 years ago after being charged with a felony for which she was not convicted.
Karen McMillan, 60, who worked as a school safety agent for the New York City Police Department from 1984 to 2000, was charged in criminal court with attempted criminal facilitation in 1999.
