A Westbury solo bankruptcy attorney has been suspended for two years for hiring an “old law school friend” who had been disbarred and letting him practice under an assumed name.

Dean Gary Weber, who was admitted in 1986, hired Craig Heller in spring 2010 while Heller was facing felony charges. Heller was disbarred June 4 after his conviction on a state felony.
