ESTATE OF LEVEY, Deceased. (12/4371) — In the context of this contested probate proceeding, the parties are engaged in Article 31 discovery and petitioners have made the instant application for a protective order quashing, or seeking limitations on, the subpoenas issued by objectant to various banks and financial institutions. For the reasons and to the extent discussed herein, the motion is granted solely to the extent of limiting the scope of the inquiry of the subpoenas issued to four of six financial institutions.

ESTATE OF LEVEY, Deceased. (12/4371) — In the context of this contested probate proceeding, the parties are engaged in Article 31 discovery and petitioners have made the instant application for a protective order quashing, or seeking limitations on, the subpoenas issued by objectant to various banks and financial institutions. For the reasons and to the extent discussed herein, the motion is granted solely to the extent of limiting the scope of the inquiry of the subpoenas issued to four of six financial institutions.

The cross-motion of objectant is granted to the extent that the court will expand the period of inquiry beyond the time frame set forth 22 NYCRR 207.27 for two of the financial institutions.
