A Brooklyn appellate court disbarred a suspended attorney facing criminal charges.
The Appellate Division, Second Department, disbarred Kenneth Gellerman of Brooklyn, who faced misconduct charges such as engaging in a pattern and practice of converting funds entrusted to him as a fiduciary.
